Returns
We understand that you sometimes change your mind and want to exchange or return a product. We want to make this process as simple as possible for you. Below you will find information about our returns policy, product exchanges and how we handle refunds.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made from us, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt.
After submitting your return request, we will email you a shipping label so you can return the product safely. Please note that the costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer. The costs per return request are €5.95, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure that the product you wish to return is in its original condition, including all packaging and any accessories. We only accept products that are in unused and resalable condition.
How do I submit a return request:
- Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the email field and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
- If your order contains more than one item, please select the items you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Submit request.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and the return label. You can print the label and stick it on the packaging before returning the product. You will receive a refund after receiving the returned product.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the current product according to our returns policy and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will begin processing your refund.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order. We aim to process the refund within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered products
If you have received an incorrect product or if the product is damaged, please let us know immediately. We want to resolve this quickly. Contact our customer service at info@ehliefendi.nl and state your order number and the nature of the problem.
